Employee SAP Self-Service Blackout Period July 9 - 20

Preparing for Dayforce Go Live on July 23

ATTENTION ALL EDFR Employees

The time is quickly approaching for the “go live” date for our new Human Capital Management System, Dayforce.  With a “go live” date of July 23rd, your help is needed to ensure a smooth transition.

Starting Monday, July 9th through Friday July 20th EDF Renewables will be enforcing a BLACKOUT PERIOD for all HR related employee self-service functions done via SAP Self-Service.  All employee access in SAP will be turned off to assist in creating an efficient and effective transition to Dayforce.

Should you need to make any updates to your personal information in SAP, please do so BEFORE Monday, July 9th.

Starting Monday, July 9th, all changes will need to wait and be updated in Dayforce. If it is an urgent matter/change that needs to be made, you can complete a PAN form, found in ECRM under the Human Resource tab. (This should be the last time you are using a PAN form.)  This PAN form would need to be completed and then emailed to employeechanges@edf-re.com.

Beginning Monday, July 23rd, ALL employees will have access to Dayforce and can complete any necessary changes to their personal information at that time.

The EDF Renewables HR team appreciates your cooperation and patience as we make this transition to Dayforce.  We are very excited to have you all using Dayforce soon.

Look for detailed training information in next week's Wire.

Questions or concerns please email Karen Wood, karen.wood@edf-re.com.
